Appointments
For your convenience, the office will be open for dental services during the following hours:
Mon-Thur: 8am-5pm
Appointments can be made daily 8am to 5pm by calling 343-9131. If you cannot keep your scheduled appointment, please give us 24 hours notice.
After you have made your appointment, if you are a NEW patient, we request that you please fill out and send in our "New Patient Form" prior to your first visit.
